The mission of the Neal Middle School Media Program is to support the curriculum and instructional program of the school; to ensure that all students, faculty and staff are effective seekers and users of information; to encourage literacy of all kinds; and to uphold the tenets of intellectual freedom.

This mission will be accomplished by:

& Providing equitable access to a variety of materials in a variety of formats

& Providing instruction that encourages creative, competent, and ethical use of resources

& Collaborating with faculty to design innovative learning strategies
